This is a short mini-story centring around Red and her adventures before meeting the gang. Chronologically, it occurs a long time before the events of DSK, but for argument's sake, we put it between Series III and IV.

PART 1: PAST LIFE
Red arrives on Gygal and sets up shop as an apothecary. Along the way, she meets locals, both friendly and not so...
PART 2: PARTY ANIMALS
Red and her new friends head to a wild party in the bad part of town, but end up with more trouble than a few drunken kids...
PART 3: THE WISH
Red and Roseanne work out their feelings for each other, and Roseanne sets out to make sure these feelings last...

PART 4: THE DAMNED
Red decides to investigate what Roseanne had tried to do, but gets involved a lot deeper than she could ever imagine...
