Shiloh is in his early fifties, with his long and untidy red hair tied in a high ponytail. He wears some strange device that looks like a cross between a pair of binoculars and some goggles on the top of his head. His clothes are slightly mismatched: a pair of green Wellington boots, some dungarees and a white lab coat decorated with colourful badges on the lapel. Having lost his own child named Rin, he adopted a boy which he called Rin in memory of him. He runs the Pope's Legs and speaks in a country dialect.
