Bio: Li is Laurenza's older brother. He was banished from Dalimoor by their parents following an argument over the usage of Laurenza's Malaphaescite powers. Li fled to another planet (Yochi) and joined up with a gang. They were Ritz Emerall, Slim, Chaney, Elodine and Loretta. Li and Loretta, a pretty blonde girl, started dating. He and his gang cruised around in their sports car, living a constant party. They drank, smoked, vandalised, stole and drank some more. The teens always aspired to bigger and bigger crimes, dreaming of a force that would help them achieve the largest heist ever. During this time, Loretta was killed during a raid on a house of Demons. Li told them of the Malaphaescite and the others planned to steal it one day to use for the biggest crime of all time. Li, on the other hand, wanted to use it to get revenge on the Demons that had killed his girlfriend.

After Li and Laurenza's parents were killed, Li as able to return to Dalimoor. He originally came back to steal the Malaphaescite to defeat the Demon Fleet, so he was pleased to find a loose shard of it (Kuja's). This meant he did not have to sacrifice his sister to his cause. But before managed to reach the Unknown Universe, he was intercepted by Mihako who took back Kuja's shard and used it to revive him. After a short run-in with the gang on the Metal Planet, Li was not seen for a little while. He later returned to the castle, explaining that he needed a place to 'lie low' for a few days, but remained there until his was forced to part ways with the gang. It seems whatever trouble he was in must have been pretty substantial, considering the fact he stayed in the castle for a very long time.

Li was bleach-blonde, naturally brown-haired, with a hairstyle that would not look out of place on a hedgehog. He gelled his hair into spikes and had a small plait down one side. He was not usually found without his adventurers' goggles strapped to his head, an accessory no one is sure why he even had. He usually wores khaki-coloured clothes, though recently he donned the white Hallowed Knights uniform. Li was... well, a jerk really. He was annoying and arrogant and that was just when he was sober. Li was often insensitive and enjoyed picking on people, especially Kuja. He was a bit of a womaniser, most recently dating Scorn. Despite that, he did genuinely love Scorn. His best friend was Tifanel and had rather a bad influence on him. He hated Demons with a fiery vengence. Recently it was discovered that Li has Magick powers, though he always thought he was born without them.

He tried to use Ana's Malaphaescite shard to rid the world of Demons, though ended up reviving Malaphaera and becoming briefly possessed by her. After Scorn left him to return to her own time, Li joined up with the Hallowed Knights and slowly slipped into insanity. He became fanatical about hunting Demons, and attempted to banish all Demons to the Unknown Universe, using an ancient dimensional rip and Kitzie's special powers. After falling to his death, he came back as a ghost and possessed Tifanel for a short time, before being trapped inside a statue. Rin helped him regain his original form, but the gang did not easily forgive him for his betrayal. Laurenza issued a royal decree that forbade him to ever come into contact with them again, so his whereabouts were unknown for a while.

The gang recently discovered he had forged a new identity as Ryo Treize and started a new life along with Niko Doss and Vanda Uno. The three of them ran the Safe House, a facility to take care of Demons injured by the Hallowed Knights. Despite his efforts to atone for his past sins, Tifanel left him to succumb to the petrification process as he became the statue once more. Niko and Vanda, who hoped to start a relationship with him, are unaware of what happened to him.
