Bio: Chiara was born when the unfaithful Windsong Rendemal visited Palamoor and met an Airgris Spirit, Rin Bancroft. Knowing she had done wrong, but not wishing her husband Richello or the rest of her family find out what she had done, she left Chiara on Palamoor and asked the Spirits to invoke a barrier around the planet like the Divine Protection on Dalimoor. She also asked them to erase the planets existence from everyone's memory, hide it behind this barrier and swore them to a spirit binding promise to never let the secret be revealed. Chiara's father was not allowed to raise her, so he left her in the care of a fortune teller, Ariella di Pazzi. The gang found out the truth, however, when visiting Palamoor themselves.

Chiara, a fortune teller/fisherwoman/dancer (now you don't hear that every day), is a couple of years younger than Laurenza. She has large, curious eyes the colour of the sky and shiny, black hair that is wildly wavy. The hair is held back on one side by a butterfly barrette. She wears a mostly white outfit and wields a weapon that is something between a fishing rod and a whip. Chiara is a bright and perky girl, full of energy and enthusiasm. She loves cats and is currently dating Tifanel. The gang met her in Port Yaewyth and since have become fast friends.
