Celaselle was a tall and very busty woman, with almost waist-length, turquoise hair that had a few curls in it. Her eyes were a pearly, pinkish-purple colour and there was a jewel set in her forehead. She had strangely shaped, pointed ears that were mostly covered by her hair. She wore a tight-fitting outfit and one arm had bandages wrapped around it, right to the tips of her fingers. This was to hide her second head. In the other hand, she held a carved, wooden segmented staff. Her true form was a huge creature with an orb-shaped body with two serpentine heads. She had a large tail of the same design as her staff, and wings like rays of light.

Celaselle told the gang the legend of Fallcya and guided them around Palamoor, however, her ulterior motive was to get them to collect jewels for her, so she could return home to the Fifth Realm. Because of what she did to Palamoor, the gang defeated her in battle.
