Description: Mana is a Magickal energy that exists in all living things. It is also to be considered a person's Magickal stamina and, depending on the person, can be drawn upon to a certain extent to manifest into spells. When you use your Magick, your Mana is gradually used up. If you have no Mana left, you cannot cast spells and must rest. Though it mainly exists in living things, certain inanimate objects, such as crystals, can act as 'Mana sponges' and contain a large amount of Mana.
