*The morning of the holiday has come. Everyone is rushing around, making sure they have everything. Mihako is reading a list to Lierlo as he is checking their suitcases.*
Mihako: Toothpaste.
Lierlo: Check.
Mihako: Sun lotion.
Lierlo: Check.
Mihako: Combustion engine.
Lierlo: Ch-- what?
Tifanel: *Is chasing Kitzie.* Give me back my socks!
Kitzie: Hee hee hee.
Lahrne: *Is jumping up and down.* We're going on holiday! We're going on holiday!
Thorn: Hey, everybody calm down.
*Everyone stops and looks at Thorn.*
Thorn: Well, we don't need to be in such a mad panic.
Laurenza: You're right, Thorn. Where the hell is Li? We need to get a move on!
Tifanel: He's around. I saw him go outside a couple of minutes ago.
*Suddenly, without warning, Li comes zooming through the main doors and into the entrance hall on an awesome motorbike that has two fins sticking out from the side.*
Thorn: Whoa...
Tifanel: Dude... sweet ride!
Li: Ain't she a beaut?
Tifanel: When did you get that?
Li: I've had this for ages. I got a great deal on it, cheap as free. It was a steal.
Tifanel: You gotta let me ride it sometime.
Li: No way. This baby's got turbo jets, space capabilities, underwater compatibility...
Laurenza: Yes, it's a very nice bike, Li. Now get your ass on to that airship!
Thorn: No need. Bo is bringing his airship. It's quite spacious, so I reckon we should all be comfortable.
Kuja: *Mumbles something about his airship being not good enough for the animal crackers.*
*A loud rumbling and a powering down noise alert the gang that Bo has arrived. A moment later, there is a knock on the door.*
Kitzie: *Opens the door.* Hello!
*An odd, pink mouse-like creature with large ears and shocking ginger hair is standing in the doorway.*
Kitzie: Hello! Who are you? I'm Kitzie! I like colouring, and playing games and helping Tiffy in the kitchen...
Clang: Hiya, Kitzie. Hiya everybody! My name's Clang. I've come to take you to our airship, y'all ready?
Laurenza: Hello Clang, nice to meet you. We're all ready to go.
Clang: Good and good. Now come on, we need to get underway.
*They all walk outside, and Kuja whispers something to Clang as he passes.*
Kuja: There's some cheese in the fridge if you want it.
Clang: Yuck, cheese, too fattening. Well, guys, there she is, Eternity7.
*Clang gestures towards a large airship, shining rainbow colours in the morning sun. A large metal gangway has been lowered down to the ground, to allow access onto the ship.*
Clang: Follow me! *Runs up the gangway and through some large double doors.*

*The gang follow Clang up the gangway and Kuja makes a less than positive comment about the airship's colour scheme. Clang leads them inside the airship, into a large main room with numerous charts and video screens attached to the walls. A large panel of buttons and a sizable swivel chair is situated towards the front of the airship, facing some tall windows. A tiny tiger in the same image of Tinny (who could well be her mother) is sat on the swivel chair, pressing random buttons, but she seems to know what she is doing. On a long table, lots of food and drink has been arranged out. Balloons, streamers and a large banner reading 'Happy Holidays Dalimoorians' have been hung from the high ceiling. Bo and Jo, the blue dogs, are preparing food and carrying it to the table. Lenny, the winged lion and Tinny, the large tiger, are hanging even more decorations to the ceiling.*
Laurenza: *Laughs.* This is so lovely.
Bo: Thanks. It's not much, but we did want you to be welcome.
Lierlo: Thank you very much, Bo, everyone.
*Tifanel and Li run to the food.*
Kitzie: BO! *Glomps.*
Bo: *Laughs.* Hi Kitzie.
Kitzie: Hi! *Immediately starts playing with his ears.*
Jo: *Coughs.* Kitzie, have you met our resident craz... I mean, young cat? Laura!
*The little pilot tiger scampers over to them.*
Laura: Yup?
Kitzie: Hi Laura! I'm Kitzie! I'm a Neko and I like trees and flowers and pretty shiny things and fuzzy cute things...
Laura: Hi Kitzie! I'm Laura! I'm a Ligra and I like airships and mechanics and pretty shiny things and fuzzy cute things too!
Kitzie: Wow! Let's be friends!
Laura: Sure thing, Kitz. You wanna come and see how this airship works?
Kitzie: Okay!
Laura: *Leads Kitzie to the front of the ship and shows her some various buttons, and what they do.*
Kitzie: Oooh...
*Meanwhile, Bo and his other friends are animatedly discussing the upcoming holiday with the others, while Tinny is eyeing Kuja with suspicion.*
Kuja: I know I'm devastatingly attractive, but will you please stop staring?
Tinny: Sorry. *She fixes a security camera to focus on Kuja and starts talking to the others.
Thorn: *Smirks.*
Kuja: *Waves at the camera and it explodes.* Oh dear...
Bo: Err, don't worry about that, Kuja. This ship hasn't been tested fully yet. It works okay, but there's still some things on it that are a little unstable… the security cameras, for example.
Kuja: Oh yes, of course.
Thorn: *Nudges Kuja.* So, Bo. Glad you could find time to come with us...
Bo: I'm glad you invited us. I was surprised to be honest, I didn't think you'd want to have much more contact with us... after everything with that Ares woman coming back.
Thorn: It's just to say thanks for helping us.
Tifanel: *Is looking around the airship.* Pretty awesome ship you got here.
Kuja: Bah...
Jo: Well, Laura mainly knocked it together. Don't be scared, she may be young, but she's a brilliant mechanic.
Tifanel: Neat.
Li: So when most kids are playin' with dolls, Laura's building jet engines?
Jo: Uh huh.
Tinny: My little girl, she makes me so proud sometimes...
Lahrne: I bet she can't do Magick though!
Tinny: Well, no. She likes to fight with her fists and teeth, and weapons she puts together of course.
Bo: Hey Laura! You think it's about time we set off?
Laura: Aye aye, Cap'n!
Lierlo: Wait! Do you have any seat belts?
Clang: Nah, this thing runs like boat on a midnight pond. That's why we put food out.
Lierlo: Oh, that's all right. I'm sorry… I haven't had a very good history in riding on airships.
Laura: You'll be all right, Lolo.
*Laura presses a button on the pad in front of her, making a green holographic map appear near the gang. Laura types on some more buttons, making the map change into a map of Dalimoor, then Calanoa. There is a beeping noise and the map turns red. The ship then starts to take off.*
Mihako: *Puts her hand through the holographic map.* Aah!
Bo: You've never seen a hologram before? That's okay. Laura, set up our guest hologram.
Laura: 'Kidoke. *She presses some more buttons and the hologram changes to that of Mihako.*
Hologram: Hello. My name is Mihako.
Mihako: No it is not! I am Mihako. You are an impostor!
Hologram: Well, you got me. *It then disappears.*
Mihako: This is a not good. A non-corporeal shape-shifter who first was a map and then pretended to be me!
Thorn: It's okay, Mihako, it's not real.
Mihako: Not real...? Oh... I think I understand.
Thorn: Good.
Lahrne: Can I have a hologram?
Laura: Sure thing, cutie. *The hologram appears in the form of Lahrne.*
Lahrne: Hi me!
Hologram: Hi me!
Lahrne: I'm awesome!
Hologram: Yeah, we are awesome!
Thorn: Hey! I know what you could do! *He goes to Laura, whispers something in her ear, and comes back smirking.*
*In the meantime, Laura is tapping away at her panel. The hologram changes to Ares and starts a rendition of "If you're happy and you know it..." Everyone laughs, even Kuja.*
Laurenza: I never thought I'd be laughing in the presence of Ares.
Thorn: Well, it's not really her, but funny all the same.
Lahrne: Put me back!
Laura: Okay. *Again, she puts the Hologram Lahrne back on. Except now, he has Ares breasts.* Oh no! That's not right! *She changes it to Lahrne's normal chest.*
Li: *Is laughing uncontrollably.*
Tifanel: *Sniggers.* Nice look, Lahrne.
Lahrne: *Scowls.*
Thorn: Ares' breasts, with the chains and no bra, I mean, that's gotta make you rather... *Sees the kids' puzzled expressions.* Maybe this isn't the right time.
Kuja: I don't think it's ever the right time to talk about Ares' whatsits.
Thorn: *Laughs.*
*Meanwhile, Laura is playing with a loudspeaker system.*
Laura: We are currently flying at a level of 50 thousand feet. We should reach Calanoan Airspace in around 15 minutes. In the meantime, relax and enjoy the rest of your flight.
Kuja: Is there an in-flight movie?
Tinny: Damn, I knew there was something we forgot!
Jo: For a half an hour flight?
Kuja: Tsk, tsk. Not acceptable.
Tinny: Hmph.
Thorn: It's okay, Tinny. He was only joking.
Kitzie: *Has seized control of the loudspeaker system.* This is Kitzie, your co-pilot speaking with a very special message. BO BO BO BO BO!
*They all laugh as Bo looks embarrassed.*
Laurenza: Ooh, Jo, you better watch out, you've got competition. *Smiles.*
Jo: Aww, It's just a crush. It's sweet, but as she gets older, it'll pass.
Kuja: Yes, it's all very cute. Excuse me while I throw up.
Thorn: Kuja...
Kuja: What?
Thorn: ...*Sighs.* Nothing.
Lierlo: Don't be nasty, Kuja. We're on holiday, we're supposed to be having a good time.
Lahrne: Holiday! Holiday!
Laura: Holiday! Holiday!
Kitzie: Holiday! Holiday!
Mihako: Holiday! Holiday!
Clang: Period of time in a relaxed state of body and mind! Period of time in a relaxed state of body and mind!
Tifanel: Beer! Beer!
Laurenza: All right, that's enough shouting for now, I think.
Laura: Hey everybody! Look out the front windows! You can see Calanoa!
*They look out of the front windows. Calanoa is a huge, pretty blue-green planet, mostly covered in water. The whole planet is a holiday resort, and the small areas that do not have water on them are devoted to hotels, and other tourism complexes. Giant water slides, rapids, whirlpools and various other fun things to do in the water can be seen.*
Mihako: It is so beautiful...
Kitzie: Pretty! Pretty!
Thorn: It's huge...!
Laurenza: I can't wait to go swimming.
Thorn: Me neither. Laura, we have to go to Coral Spring Park. Can you land us there?
Laura: *Is tapping away.* No prob, Thornio. *The airship starts to steadily decline, before gently touching down on the ground. Speaking on the loudspeaker system again.* We have now arrived at our destination. The local time is 2:25, and the temperature is at a hot 37 degrees. Thank you for flying on Eternity7 with us, and I hope you enjoy your stay here in Coral Spring Park, Calanoa.
Lahrne: We're here! We're here!
Kuja: Woo hoo...
Laura: Opening up. *She releases the door and lets down the ramp, so they can get off.*
*Lahrne and Kitzie rush out first.*
Tifanel: Geez, where's the fire?
Lierlo: I think they are just very excited to have arrived.
Li: Duh...
Thorn: Well come on, let's get after them!
Laura: I second that! *She zooms away, out the door.*
